WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Athletics Branding and Creative Services department department at Baylor University is seeking a Director of Digital Media that will support the mission and vision of the University.

An Associate's degree and one year of experience is required. A Bachelors degree and two years of relevant work experience is preferred.

Applications must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • The Director of Digital Media will be new graphic designer for the all-sport creative team.
  • This position will support Marketing/Fan Engagement, Bear Foundation, @BaylorAthletics and NIL initiatives.
  • This position will work closely in collaboration with our external departments to develop campaigns and generate revenue opportunities to ensure the Baylor brand is consistent across all mediums and social platforms.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission
  • Ability to comply with University policies
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
