Adjunct Faculty, Integrated Media Design & Graphic Design

The Division of Liberal Studies invites applications for the following anticipated adjunct faculty pool vacancies for the Spring 2025 semester:

Integrated Media Design & Graphic Design (GRA)

Essential Functions:

Instructional preparation.
Assessment of student performance, including submission of final grades on time.
Attend program team meetings.
Other duties as required.

Job Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in graphic design, integrated media design, or a highly related field is required (an Associate's degree in Integrated Media Design or Graphic Design with comparable industry experience will also be considered).
Five years of current practice experience in the field of graphic design.
Portfolio of 8-10 pieces of work in graphic design or integrated media.
Knowledgeable of current and emerging graphic design trends and professional practices, including understanding marketing, branding, printing, and new media communications.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite relevant to graphic design and digital media.
Prior teaching or training experience is strongly preferred.
Experience teaching in person and online.
A commitment to and experience working with a diverse student body is also required.
As a condition of employment, candidates will be required to pass a CORI/SORI and/or a national background check.

Additional Information:
SALARY: Adjunct salaries are dependent upon the number of credit hours. This is a non-benefited, MCCC position.
