(Primary Location for Job Responsibilities) Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144.

Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.

Job Summary

Responsible for researching, developing, executing, and evaluating targeted digital and traditional marketing campaigns for assigned clients, colleges, or business units. Conducts market research, brand assessments, competitive analysis, and customer insights. Designs ad creatives and messaging to drive audience engagement. Acts as the primary liaison for marketing and advertising services in designated areas. Prepares executive reports to ensure the accuracy of marketing strategies and messaging. Provides strategic marketing insights, data analysis, and reporting to track progress toward campaign, college, and university enrollment goals.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develops and maintains strong, proactive relationships with assigned clients and projects, utilizing digital and traditional marketing strategies to achieve results
2. Conducts market research, brand assessments, competitive analysis, and customer insights, summarizing findings in executive presentations for client approval
3. Designs, executes, and manages tactical marketing plans that incorporate SEO/SEM, email campaigns, digital and traditional advertising, events, promotions, social media, and web content to meet campaign objectives
4. Oversees the development and execution of campaign creatives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
5. Establishes and manages project budgets, monitoring expenditures for assigned marketing initiatives
6. Tracks, analyzes, and regular reports on campaign and project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs)
7. Collaborates professionally and communicates effectively with the marketing and communications team, campus stakeholders, and external vendors
8. Remains informed about evolving marketing trends, strategies, and higher education needs by actively engaging with industry content, such as blogs and emails, and participating in webinars and professional development activities

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education in marketing, communications or a related field

Required Experience
Two (2) years of experience in traditional and digital marketing (search engine marketing, paid social media, and/or display advertising)

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Educational Qualifications
Advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education in marketing, communications, or a related field

Preferred Experience
Project and client management experience
Experience with graphic design and layout, photography, copyright and open access, writing, editing, proofreading, and providing high-quality, error-free materials
Experience in Google Analytics, Excel, and Salesforce for tracking and reporting campaign metrics
Familiarity with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) keyword development

Proposed Salary

The budgeted salary range is $47,000 to $57,300 annually. Offers are based on relevant experience. Able to successfully lead meetings, present campaign recommendations and results, and coach, counsel, persuade, negotiate, and facilitate project management with college-level stakeholders
Able to provide marketing support using multichannel tactics, including but not limited to paid and organic social media, digital ads, email, events, print, video, radio, TV, web content, and direct mail
Able to recommend appropriate marketing tactics to address specific goals
Able to track, analyze, and report on college, department, program, and project analytics using Google Analytics, Salesforce CRM, and a marketing performance dashboard
Able to plan strategically regarding segmentation and targeted marketing
Able to be flexible and adaptable within a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and multiple layers of input and approval
Able to handle multiple tasks or projects while consistently meeting assigned deadlines
Able to work independently while keeping involved parties informed of progress and challenges

KNOWLEDGE
Proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position (Microsoft Office suite, Google Analytics 4, Adobe Creative Suite)

SKILLS
Skilled in research, digital advertising, social media advertising, traditional advertising, web content creation, SEO, and data tracking and analysis
Excellent interpersonal, initiative, teamwork, problem-solving, independent judgment, organization, time management, project management and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
Strong written, verbal, and nonverbal communication and customer service skills, including phone and e-mail etiquette
